Cancellation/No

Show Fees

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee for the reserved treatment.

This fee will be charged to the card on file.

Late Arrival

In an effort to maintain the daily schedule and be respectful of every client’s time, it is important that you arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.
